WESTMORLAND DALES

The Westmorland Dales are a fantastic area, but are often overlooked in favour of their near neighbours the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. We were commissioned by the Westmorland Dales Landscape Partnership to produce three large welcome, orientation and interpretation panels for the villages of Ravenstonedale, Newbiggin-on-Lune and Crosby Garrett. They tell the fascinating histories of these communities and encourage visitors to linger and explore the area. The panels also include maps of the villages, drawn in an eye-catching and easy-to-use style.
