OLD STATION, TINTERN

The old railway station at Tintern is a popular visitor destination with lots of fascinating relics from the old railway as well as an excellent café, miniature railway, children's play area and riverside walks. We produced this set of small panels to interpret some of the features of the site for younger visitors. The framing and headings follow the style of original railway signage. Cartoon characters explain the features in a simple and fun way, whilst still being informative. The panels also incorporate Ostin the Dormouse, from an existing childrens’ trail.
